INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Tilapia
- 1 white turnip, cut into bite size pieces
- 10 slices carrot
- 1 stk green onion, sectioned
- 20 g ginger, sliced
SAUCE
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw Tilapia, blot dry
- Marinate with 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, saute ginger and fry fish until golden
- Add white turnip, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 cup water; cook for 10 minutes
- Stir in carrot and cook for 3 minutes. Add sauce and bring to boil
- Garnish with green onion
- Plate up and serve
材料
鰂魚煮蘿蔔
- 鰂魚觧冰, 洗淨吸乾水
- 用胡椒粉及鹽各1/2茶匙塗勻魚身
- 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香羌片, 煎魚片刻
- 加入白蘿蔔, 1茶匙鹽, 半杯水, 煮10分鐘
- 加入紅蘿蔔, 再煮3分鐘, 埋芡, 煮滾
- 加入蔥段
- 上碟供食
