INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Searay Loligo Squid
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw squid, discard the transparent bone inside, rinse and blot dry
- Marinades the squid with teriyaki sauce and ginger paste. let it stand for about an hour or two
- Place the squid into the pan with all marinade
- Grill the squid for about 4-5 minutes
- Turn the other side and grill for about 4-5 minutes as well
- Continue to grill and turn the squid to get an even color, for another 2-3 minutes
- Remove from pan and glaze the squid with more teriyaki sauce, if you like

- 1 包 海威野生火箭魷魚
- 1 湯匙 薑茸
- ¼ 茶匙 鹽
- 3 湯匙 日式照燒汁
燒魷魚配日式照燒汁
- 魷魚解冰, 丟棄裡面的透明骨頭, 冲水, 瀝乾
- 用日式照燒汁及薑茸醃魷魚, 大約醃1至兩小時左右
- 將魷魚連汁放在焗盆上
- 燒烤魷魚約4-5分鐘
- 翻轉另一邊再烤約4-5分鐘
- 繼續翻另一邊烤至兩邊同一個顏色,再烤約2-3分鐘
- 從盆中取出魷魚, 按個人喜愛,可再塗上一層照燒汁
