INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Searay Loligo Squid
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Thaw squid, discard the transparent bone inside, rinse and blot dry
  2. Marinades the squid with teriyaki sauce and ginger paste. let it stand for about an hour or two
  3. Place the squid into the pan with all marinade
  4. Grill the squid for about 4-5 minutes
  5. Turn the other side and grill for about 4-5 minutes as well
  6. Continue to grill and turn the squid to get an even color, for another 2-3 minutes
  7. Remove from pan and glaze the squid with more teriyaki sauce, if you like

  • 1 包 海威野生火箭魷魚
  • 1 湯匙 薑茸
  • ¼ 茶匙 
  • 3 湯匙 日式照燒汁

燒魷魚配日式照燒汁

  1. 魷魚解冰, 丟棄裡面的透明骨頭, 冲水, 瀝乾
  2. 用日式照燒汁及薑茸醃魷魚, 大約醃1至兩小時左右
  3. 將魷魚連汁放在焗盆上
  4. 燒烤魷魚約4-5分鐘
  5. 翻轉另一邊再烤約4-5分鐘
  6. 繼續翻另一邊烤至兩邊同一個顏色,再烤約2-3分鐘
  7. 從盆中取出魷魚, 按個人喜愛,可再塗上一層照燒汁
  8. 上碟供食
