INGREDIENTS
- 2 pkg Searay Baby Cuttlefish
- 4 tbsp satay sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 onion, roughly cut
- 1 red pepper, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 green pepper, cut into bite size pieces
SEASONING
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS POTLUCK SERVINGS
- Thaw Fish tofu, rinse and blot dry
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, pan fry onions and peppers until onion is translucent, set aside
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, pan fry garlic and satay sauce and baby cuttlefish
- Add Seasoning and mix well
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Return the onion and peppers to the wok, cook until heated through

- 3 粒 蒜頭 , 琢茸
- 1 個 洋葱 , 切塊
- 1 個 紅椒 , 切塊
- 1 個 青椒 , 切塊
沙爹墨魚仔
- 將墨魚仔解凍, 冲水
- 熱鑊落油1湯匙, 炒洋葱
- 加入青,紅椒, 炒片刻, 上碟
- 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 爆香蒜茸, 沙爹醬, 炒墨魚仔片刻
- 加入調味品, 炒勻
- 煮2分鐘, 再將洋葱, 青紅椒回鑊, 炒片刻
