INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pkg Searay Baby Cuttlefish
  • 4 tbsp satay sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1  onion, roughly cut
  • red pepper, cut into bite size pieces
  • green pepper, cut into bite size pieces

SEASONING

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar

INSTRUCTIONS POTLUCK SERVINGS

  1. Thaw Fish tofu, rinse and blot dry
  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, pan fry onions and peppers until onion is translucent, set aside
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, pan fry garlic and satay sauce and baby cuttlefish
  4. Add Seasoning and mix well
  5. Cook for 2 minutes
  6. Return the onion and peppers to the wok, cook until heated through

材料

  • 4 湯匙   沙爹醬
  • 3 粒    蒜頭 , 琢茸
  • 1  個   洋葱 , 切塊
  • 1 個   紅椒 , 切塊
  • 1 個   青椒 , 切塊

沙爹墨魚仔

  1. 將墨魚仔解凍, 冲水
  2. 熱鑊落油1湯匙, 炒洋葱
  3. 加入青,紅椒, 炒片刻, 上碟
  4. 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 爆香蒜茸, 沙爹醬, 炒墨魚仔片刻
  5. 加入調味品, 炒勻
  6. 煮2分鐘, 再將洋葱, 青紅椒回鑊, 炒片刻
  7. 即可上碟, 是最佳之pot luck 美食
