INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Searay Black Cod Steak
  • 2 pc garlic, crushed
  • 1 stk green onion, sectioned

SOY SAUCE MIXTURE

  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger juice wine
  • 2 tbsp water

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Thaw cod steak, rinse
  2. Marinate with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper and 2 tbsp starch
  3. Add 2 tbsp oil into heated wok, saute garlic
  4. Fry fish steak 1 minute until golden brown
  5. Turn over fish steak and fry for 3 minutes until stiff
  6. Add soy sauce and bring to boil
  7. Discard garlic, add green onion

  • 2 粒  蒜頭, 拍鬆
  • 1棵  葱 , 切粒

豉油汁料

  • 2 湯匙  老頭抽
  • 1 茶匙  
  • 1 茶匙  羌汁酒
  • 2 湯匙  滾水

豉油王煎黑魚扒

  1. 將魚解冰, 洗凈
  2. 用鹽,胡椒粉各1/4茶匙,粟粉2湯匙, 醃片刻
  3. 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香蒜頭
  4. 煎魚扒1分鐘至金黄色, 反轉再煎3分鐘
  5. 至硬身, 加入豉油汁料, 煮滾
  6. 取出蒜頭, 加入葱粒
  7. 上碟供食
