INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Black Cod Steak
- 2 pc garlic, crushed
- 1 stk green onion, sectioned
SOY SAUCE MIXTURE
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ginger juice wine
- 2 tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw cod steak, rinse
- Marinate with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper and 2 tbsp starch
- Add 2 tbsp oil into heated wok, saute garlic
- Fry fish steak 1 minute until golden brown
- Turn over fish steak and fry for 3 minutes until stiff
- Add soy sauce and bring to boil
- Discard garlic, add green onion

- 將魚解冰, 洗凈
- 用鹽,胡椒粉各1/4茶匙,粟粉2湯匙, 醃片刻
- 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香蒜頭
- 煎魚扒1分鐘至金黄色, 反轉再煎3分鐘
- 至硬身, 加入豉油汁料, 煮滾
- 取出蒜頭, 加入葱粒
- 上碟供食
