INGREDIENTS
- 1 Searay Fried Fish Balls
- 500 g radish, peeled and cubed
- 200 g pig skin, soaked thoroughly in hot water
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp coconut powder
SEASONING
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 bay leaf
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 4
- Boil pig skin for 5 minutes then rinse in cold water
- Cut pig skin into bite size pieces
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil to pan fry garlic, pig skin and radish
- Add 2 cups of water, cook for 2 minutes
- Add fried fish balls, seasoning and chilli peppers
- Stir and cook for 8 minutes
- Add coconut powder

- 500 克 白蘿蔔一個, 去皮切塊
- 200 克 沙炒猪皮, 熱水浸透
- 2 隻 紅辣椒, 切粒
- 2 茶匙 蒜茸
- 3 湯匙 椰粉
醃料
- 3 湯匙 咖喱粉
- 2 湯匙 糖
- 3 湯匙 魚露
- 2 茶匙 黄羗粉
- 1 茶匙 雞粉
- 1 茶匙 鹽
- 2 片 香葉
特色咖喱魚蛋
- 猪皮放入滾水中煮5分鐘, 然後過清水, 切成塊狀
- 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 爆香蒜茸, 炒猪皮, 蘿蔔
- 加入2杯水, 煮2分鐘
- 再加入炸魚蛋,調味品,紅辣椒,兜勻
- 再煮8分鐘, 最後加入椰粉, 兜勻
- 即可供食
