INGREDIENTS

  • 1 reg or few small  Searay Leather Jacket
  • Thumb size ginger shredded
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp black soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy bean paste
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Dash of pepper
  • Chopped spring onion

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oil in saucepan and stir fry garlic & ginger till fragrant followed by bean paste & black soy sauce
  2. Pour warm water to simmer till bubbled and add fish for flavor to seep through. Add sugar to taste
  3. Sprinkle chopped spring onion and dash of pepper. Serve

  • 拇指大小生薑切絲
  •  大蒜
  • 湯匙 食油
  • 湯匙 醬油
  • 湯匙 醬油豆瓣醬
  • 1/2 杯 溫水
  • 1/2 茶匙 
  • 已磨碎 黑胡椒
  • 蔥花

醬油煮沙猛魚

  1. 燒熱油在鍋裡炒蒜和薑,爆香之後加入醬油豆瓣醬和黑醬油
  2. 倒入溫水至起泡,加入魚和白糖調味
  3. 撒上蔥花和胡椒粉
