INGREDIENTS

  • 1  Searay Fried Fish Balls
  • 500 g  radish, peeled and cubed
  • 200 g pig skin, soaked thoroughly in hot water
  • red chili peppers
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp coconut powder

SEASONING

  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • bay leaf

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 4

  1. Boil pig skin for 5 minutes then rinse in cold water
  2. Cut pig skin into bite size pieces
  3. Heat 3 tbsp of oil to pan fry garlic, pig skin and radish
  4. Add 2 cups of water, cook for 2 minutes
  5. Add fried fish balls, seasoning and chilli peppers
  6. Stir and cook for 8 minutes
  7. Add coconut powder

  • 3 包  海威炸魚蛋
  • 500 克  白蘿蔔一個, 去皮切塊
  • 200 克  沙炒猪皮, 熱水浸透
  • 2 隻  紅辣椒, 切粒
  • 2 茶匙  蒜茸
  • 3 湯匙  椰粉

醃料

  • 3 湯匙 咖喱粉
  • 2 湯匙 糖
  • 3 湯匙 魚露
  • 2 茶匙 黄羗粉
  • 1 茶匙 雞粉
  • 1 茶匙 鹽
  • 2 片 香葉

特色咖喱魚蛋

  1. 猪皮放入滾水中煮5分鐘, 然後過清水, 切成塊狀
  2. 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 爆香蒜茸, 炒猪皮, 蘿蔔
  3. 加入2杯水, 煮2分鐘
  4. 再加入炸魚蛋,調味品,紅辣椒,兜勻
  5. 再煮8分鐘, 最後加入椰粉, 兜勻
  6. 即可供食
