INGREDIENTS
- 1 reg or few small Searay Leather Jacket
- Thumb size ginger shredded
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp black soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy bean paste
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Dash of pepper
- Chopped spring onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil in saucepan and stir fry garlic & ginger till fragrant followed by bean paste & black soy sauce
- Pour warm water to simmer till bubbled and add fish for flavor to seep through. Add sugar to taste
- Sprinkle chopped spring onion and dash of pepper. Serve

- 2 瓣 大蒜
- 1 湯匙 食油
- 2 湯匙 黑醬油
- 1 湯匙 醬油豆瓣醬
- 1/2 杯 溫水
- 1/2 茶匙 糖
- 已磨碎 黑胡椒
- 蔥花
黑醬油煮沙猛魚
- 燒熱油在鍋裡炒蒜和薑絲,爆香之後加入醬油豆瓣醬和黑醬油
- 倒入溫水至起泡,加入魚和白糖調味
- 撒上蔥花和胡椒粉
