INGREDIENTS

  • 1  Searay Brown Grouper
  • 5  Chinese mushrooms, soaked and cut into thin strips
  • 3 tbsp shredded lean pork
  • 3 tbsp shredded ginger
  • 1 stk green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp hot oil

SEASONING

  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 4

  1. Mix 1 tbsp each soy sauce and corn starch with shredded pork
  2. Clean and dry the fish
  3. Add seasoning and cut 5 slits on the side of the fish
  4. Place on a plate, cover with mushrooms and pork
  5. Steam for 8 minutes
  6. Garnish with shredded ginger and green onion
  7. Pour the heated oil and a splash of soy sauce on the fish

  • 3 湯匙  羌, 切絲
  • 1 棵  葱, 切絲

醃料                    
  • 1 茶匙  鹽
  • ½ 茶匙  胡椒粉

特色蒸芝麻班

  1. 玫頭肉加入生抽, 粟粉各1茶匙, 拌勻醃片刻
  2. 洗凈魚, 吸乾水, 塗上調味品
  3. 在魚身上切5刀, 盛以碟
  4. 放上冬菇, 肉絲, 蒸8分鐘
  5. 放上羌絲,葱絲
  6. 再灒熟油, 淋上生抽
  7. 上桌供食
