INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Grey Mullet
- 2 pc ginger slice
- 1 stk green onion
TOPPINGS
- 1 pc salted lemon
- 1 tbsp shredded ginger
- 2 pc dry mushroom, shredded
- 3 tbsp shredded lean pork
- 2 tbsp shredded green onion
MARINADE
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp corn starch
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Marinade shredded pork with marinade ingredients, set aside
- Thaw, gut and clean the fish, then put ginger and green onion inside the fish
- Smear salt over the fishes’ body
- Place the fish on a plate
- Gather toppings and put on top of fish
- Steam for 10 minutes
- Add a splash of soy sauce and a tbsp of sugar

- 再用1茶匙鹽塗勻魚身,盛以碟
- 鋪上配料,置滾水鍋上,蒸約10分鐘
- 放上葱絲
- 灒滾油及生抽,糖各1湯匙
