INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Ribbon Fish
- 3 leaves lettuce
- 1 lemon, sliced
MARINADE
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp citrus dressing
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw fish, rinse, and blot dry
- Cut 3 slits on the fish and marinate for 10 minutes
- Preheat oven to 380°F
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for 16 minutes or until desired wellness
- Plate fish on top of lettuce
- Garnish with lemon slices
- Sprinkle with lemon juice before consuming for best results

- 牙帶魚解冰, 洗淨, 吸乾
- 在魚身上界三刀, 用醃料塗勻全魚, 醃10分鐘
- 將魚放在焗盆鐵架上, 放進380F熱焗炉內, 焗20分鐘
- 反轉魚, 再焗16分鐘至熟透
- 將魚置碟中, 伴以生菜, 檸檬片
- 進食時楂檸檬汁於魚上, 更添美味
