INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Dacefish, descaled
- 1 lb arrow root, peel and cut into cubes
- 1 lb pork shank, scalded
- 1/3 cup small red bean
- 1 pc dry mandarin peel
- 2 honey dates
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw Dacefish, blot dry
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, pan fry fish until golden
- Remove from heat and place into a cloth bag, seal bag opening
- Pour 12 cups water into a big pot
- Add red bean, dry mandarin peel, arrow root, and honey date, bring to a boil
- Add pork shank and dacefish
- Boil on high for half an hour
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 2 hours
- Add salt to taste
- Remove fish from bag and serve with soy sauce

- 1條 海威去肚大鯪魚, 去鱗
- 1磅 粉葛, 去皮切塊
- 1磅 猪腱 , 拖水
- 1/3量杯 赤小豆
- 1角 陳皮 ,浸透去瓤
- 2粒 蜜棗
鰂魚煮蘿蔔
- 鯪魚煎至微黄色
- 載入布袋內, 扎緊袋口
- 注12量杯水入大湯煲內, 加入赤小豆,陳皮,粉葛,蜜棗, 煮滾
- 加入猪腱及鯪魚, 大火煲半小時
- 轉慢火煲二小時, 落適量鹽調味
- 飲時隔去所有材料, 取出鯪魚, 点生抽供食
