INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Searay Dacefish, descaled
  • 1 lb arrow root, peel and cut into cubes
  • 1 lb pork shank, scalded
  • 1/3 cup small red bean
  • 1 pc dry mandarin peel
  • 2 honey dates

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Thaw Dacefish, blot dry
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, pan fry fish until golden
  3. Remove from heat and place into a cloth bag, seal bag opening
  4. Pour 12 cups water into a big pot
  5. Add red bean, dry mandarin peel, arrow root, and honey date, bring to a boil
  6. Add pork shank and dacefish
  7. Boil on high for half an hour
  8. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking
  9. Reduce heat to low and cook for 2 hours
  10. Add salt to taste
  11. Remove fish from bag and serve with soy sauce

  • 1條  海威去肚大鯪魚, 去鱗
  • 1磅  粉葛, 去皮切塊
  • 1磅  猪腱 , 拖水
  • 1/3量杯  赤小豆
  • 1角  陳皮 ,浸透去瓤
  • 2粒  蜜棗

鰂魚煮蘿蔔

  1. 鯪魚煎至微黄色
  2. 載入布袋內, 扎緊袋口
  3. 注12量杯水入大湯煲內, 加入赤小豆,陳皮,粉葛,蜜棗, 煮滾
  4. 加入猪腱及鯪魚, 大火煲半小時
  5. 轉慢火煲二小時, 落適量鹽調味
  6. 飲時隔去所有材料, 取出鯪魚, 点生抽供食
