INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Fish Tofu
- 1 carrot, peeled and cubed
- 1 red chili pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 6 slice ginger
- 1 bundle cilantro, chopped
- 1 stk green onion
SEASONING
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1½ tbsp curry powder
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw Fish tofu, blot dry
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, pan fry garlic and ginger until golden
- Stir in carrots, then add 1 cup water
- Cook for 8 minutes
- Add seasoning
- Add fish tofu and red chilli pepper, cook for 5 minutes
- Add celantro and green onion, stir until slightly wilted
- Plate and serve

- 1 個 蘿蔔 去皮,切立方形
- 1 隻 紅辣椒, 切碎
- 1粒 乾葱頭, 切片
- 6片 羌
- 1棵 芫茜 , 切段
- 1棵 葱 , 切段
魚肉豆腐煮蘿蔔
- 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香葱片及羌片, 炒蘿蔔, 加水1量杯, 煮8分鐘, 落調味品
- 加入魚肉豆腐及紅辣椒, 煮5分鐘
- 最後加入芫茜,葱, 兜勻上碟
- 成美味可口魚肉豆腐蘿蔔, 是佐膳佳餚, 亦是美味小食
