INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Searay Fish Tofu
  • carrot, peeled and cubed
  • red chili pepper, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • 6 slice ginger
  • 1 bundle cilantro, chopped
  • 1 stk green onion
SEASONING
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1½ tbsp curry powder

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Thaw Fish tofu, blot dry
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, pan fry garlic and ginger until golden
  3. Stir in carrots, then add 1 cup water
  4. Cook for 8 minutes
  5. Add seasoning
  6. Add fish tofu and red chilli pepper, cook for 5 minutes
  7. Add celantro and green onion, stir until slightly wilted
  8. Plate and serve

  • 1粒  乾葱頭, 切片

  • 1棵  葱 , 切段

魚肉豆腐煮蘿蔔

  1. 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香葱片及羌片, 炒蘿蔔, 加水1量杯, 煮8分鐘, 落調味品
  2. 加入魚肉豆腐及紅辣椒, 煮5分鐘
  3. 最後加入芫茜,葱, 兜勻上碟
  4. 成美味可口魚肉豆腐蘿蔔, 是佐膳佳餚, 亦是美味小食
