INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Wild Ponyfish
- 1 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- A handful Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 3-4 tbsp Coconut oil, to fry
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Cut and clean the fish, keep aside
- Combine rest of the ingredients with water to make a thick paste
- Marinate the fish in the masala paste for an hour on the counter top
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet
- Fry the fish on medium heat until the skin turns deep golden brown

- 1 1/2 湯匙 紅辣椒粉
- 1/4 湯匙 薑黃粉
- 1 湯匙 芫荽粉
- 1/2 茶匙 葛拉姆馬薩拉 (調味料)
- 少量咖哩葉
- 適量鹽
- 3-4 湯匙 椰子油, 煎魚用
香煎油鰂
- 把魚清洗乾淨並切件,留著備用
- 把所有調味料混合在水中形成稠糊狀
- 把醃料均勻地抹在魚身上並放在桌上待一個小時
- 燒紅煎鍋並倒入椰子油
- 用中火把魚煎至兩面金黃色
