INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Searay Large Tiger Prawns
  • 8 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
  • red chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg vermicelli

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 4

  1. Thaw and rinse Tiger Prawn then blot dry
  2. Marinate with a dash of salt
  3. Rinse vermicelli, plate on a dish with Tiger Prawns then steam for 5 minutes
  4. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a wok, saute garlic until golden brown
  5. Spread over prawns
  6. Garnish with green onion and red chili

  • 1 包  海威大老虎蝦
  • 8 粒  蒜頭, 琢茸
  • 3 湯匙  葱粒
  • 1 隻  紅辣椒, 切碎
  • 1 盒  芋絲或粉絲

食譜

  1. 老虎蝦解冰, 畧為冲過, 濾乾, 用少許鹽醃片刻
  2. 洗過芋絲, 放在碟中, 再放上老虎蝦, 蒸5分鐘
  3. 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 爆香蒜茸至微黄色發出香味
  4. 淋放在蝦上, 再放上紅辣椒粒及蔥粒
  5. 上碟供食
