INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Large Tiger Prawns
- 8 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- 1 red chili pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg vermicelli
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 4
- Thaw and rinse Tiger Prawn then blot dry
- Marinate with a dash of salt
- Rinse vermicelli, plate on a dish with Tiger Prawns then steam for 5 minutes
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a wok, saute garlic until golden brown
- Spread over prawns
- Garnish with green onion and red chili

- 8 粒 蒜頭, 琢茸
- 3 湯匙 葱粒
- 1 隻 紅辣椒, 切碎
- 1 盒 芋絲或粉絲

- 老虎蝦解冰, 畧為冲過, 濾乾, 用少許鹽醃片刻
- 洗過芋絲, 放在碟中, 再放上老虎蝦, 蒸5分鐘
- 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 爆香蒜茸至微黄色發出香味
- 淋放在蝦上, 再放上紅辣椒粒及蔥粒
