INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Wild Black Pomfret
- 2 pc garlic, crushed
- 1 stk green onion, sectioned
- 1 stk parsley, sectioned
- 3 pc lettuce
- 1 bundle cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp salad dressing or mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw pomfret, gut and blot dry
- Cut 2 slits and marinate fish with salt and pepper
- Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in wok, sauté garlic and fry fish until golden brown on both sides
- Remove garlic
- Dash 1 tsp soy sauce and sugar
- Add green onion and parsley
- Line lettuce on a plate
- Serve with salad dressing

- 1 條 海威野生黑倉魚
- 2瓣 蒜頭, 拍鬆
- 3葉 生菜
- 2湯匙 沙律醬
- 1棵 芫茜 , 切段
- 1棵 葱 , 切段
香煎倉魚
- 倉魚去肚洗凈, 吸乾
- 在魚身二條紋, 塗少許鹽及胡椒粉
- 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香蒜頭, 煎倉魚至金黄色
- 取出蒜頭, 反轉魚, 再煎至金黄色即熟
- 灒1茶匙生抽, 落1茶匙糖, 加入葱, 芫茜
- 生菜放碟底, 上碟, 跟沙律醬, 上桌供食
