INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Searay Wild Black Pomfret
  • 2 pc garlic, crushed
  • 1 stk green onion, sectioned
  • 1 stk parsley, sectioned
  • 3 pc lettuce
  • 1 bundle cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp salad dressing or mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Thaw pomfret, gut and blot dry
  2. Cut 2 slits and marinate fish with salt and pepper
  3. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in wok, sauté garlic and fry fish until golden brown on both sides
  4. Remove garlic
  5. Dash 1 tsp soy sauce and sugar
  6. Add green onion and parsley
  7. Line lettuce on a plate
  8. Serve with salad dressing

  • 2瓣  蒜頭, 拍鬆
  • 3葉  生菜
  • 2湯匙  沙律醬
  • 1棵  芫茜 , 切段
  • 1棵  葱 , 切段

香煎倉魚

  1. 倉魚去肚洗凈, 吸乾
  2. 在魚身二條紋, 塗少許鹽及胡椒粉
  3. 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香蒜頭, 煎倉魚至金黄色
  4. 取出蒜頭, 反轉魚, 再煎至金黄色即熟
  5. 灒1茶匙生抽, 落1茶匙糖, 加入葱, 芫茜
  6. 生菜放碟底, 上碟, 跟沙律醬, 上桌供食
