INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Rex Sole
- 2 tbsp oil olive sauce
- 2 tbsp shredded ginger
- 3 tbsp shredded green onion
- 2 stk green onion
SEASONING
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw rex sole, clean fish, blot dry
- Lay 2 stk green onion on a long dish
- Place fish on green onion
- Spread oil olive sauce over fish
- Steam for 6 minutes lay shredded ginger & shredded green onion on fish
- Spread soy sauce and sugar on fish
- Cook oil until boiling and pour over fish
- Serve immediately

調味
- 1 湯匙 生抽
- 1 湯匙 糖
- 1 湯匙 油
油杬菜蒸龍脷魚
- 龍脷魚觧冰,去肚去鱗,用巾吸乾
- 鋪2棵葱在長碟中, 放龍脷魚在葱上
- 將油杬豉塗勻魚身, 蒸6分鐘
- 鋪上羌絲,葱絲, 淋上生抽及糖
- 煮滾生油, 灒在魚上
- 上桌供食
