INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Searay Silverfish
  • large eggs
  • 1 stk green onion, chopped
  • 1 stk parsley, chopped

FISH SEASONING

  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar

EGG SEASONING

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp oil

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Thaw silverfish, blot dry
  2. Marinate with seasoning.
  3. Break eggs, add seasoning.
  4. Add 3 tbsp oil into heated wok
  5. Fry silverfish to 80% done
  6. Add to egg.
  7. Heat wok again, add oil
  8. Fry egg mixture
  9. Garnish with parsley and green onion

  • 2 只  大雞蛋
  • 1 棵  葱, 切碎
  • 1 棵  芫茜, 切碎

白飯魚調味

  • ¼ 茶匙  胡椒粉
  • ½ 茶匙  
  • ½ 茶匙  

雞蛋調味

  • 1 茶匙  麻油
  • 1 茶匙  生抽

食譜

  1. 將白飯魚解冰, 吸乾, 加入調味品, 拌勻
  2. 打散雞蛋, 加入調味品, 拌勻
  3. 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 煎白飯魚至八成熟
  4. 加入蛋中, 拌勻
  5. 再熱鑊落油少許, 將魚和蛋煎成餅狀
  6. 即可上碟, 放上芫茜供食
