INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Silverfish
- 2 large eggs
- 1 stk green onion, chopped
- 1 stk parsley, chopped
FISH SEASONING
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
EGG SEASONING
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw silverfish, blot dry
- Marinate with seasoning.
- Break eggs, add seasoning.
- Add 3 tbsp oil into heated wok
- Fry silverfish to 80% done
- Add to egg.
- Heat wok again, add oil
- Fry egg mixture
- Garnish with parsley and green onion

- 將白飯魚解冰, 吸乾, 加入調味品, 拌勻
- 打散雞蛋, 加入調味品, 拌勻
- 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 煎白飯魚至八成熟
- 加入蛋中, 拌勻
- 再熱鑊落油少許, 將魚和蛋煎成餅狀
- 即可上碟, 放上芫茜供食
