INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Silverside Smelt
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 stk green onion, sectioned
SAUCE
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Thaw fish, blot dry
- Marinate with ½ tsp salt & 1 tbsp flour
- Add 2 tbsp oil into heated wok
- Saute ginger and fry fish until hard
- Turn over fish; continue to fry until golden brown
- Add sauce, cook a while, then add green onion
材料
茄汁煎丁香魚
- 丁香魚觧冰, 洗凈, 吸乾
- 加入1/2茶匙鹽1湯匙麪粉醃片刻
- 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香羌片
- 煎香魚1分鐘至魚硬身, 反轉再煎至金黃色
- 加入茄汁料, 煮片刻
- 加入蔥粒, 兜勻
- 上碟供食
