INGREDIENTS
- 1 Searay Milk Fish
- 1 tbsp preserved vegetable
- 30g shredded pork
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 tbsp shredded ginger (for garnish)
- 1 stk green onion
- 1 stk green onion, shredded (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Stuff 2 slices ginger & 1 stalk green onion into fish cavity
- Sprinkle ½ tsp salt on the milk fish
- Place on a long dish
- Marinate shredded pork with soy sauce, sugar and corn starch
- Place shredded pork and preserved vegetable over fish
- Steam fish for 10 minutes
- Spread green onion on fish
- Pour a splash of boiling oil and soy sauce mixture on top of fish

- 30克 玫頭猪肉, 切絲

- 2湯匙 羌絲, 鋪面用
- 1棵 葱
- 1棵 葱, 切絲鋪面用
冬菜肉絲蒸牛奶魚
- 將2片羌, 1棵葱塞入魚肚內
- 塗半茶匙鹽於魚身上, 盛以長碟
- 玫頭猪肉用少許生抽, 糖, 粟粉撈過, 和冬菜, 羌絲鋪在魚身上
- 蒸10分鐘, 鋪上怱粒, 灒以滾油及生抽
