INGREDIENTS

  • Searay Milk Fish
  • 1 tbsp preserved vegetable
  • 30g shredded pork
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 2 tbsp shredded ginger (for garnish)
  • 1 stk green onion
  • 1 stk green onion, shredded (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Stuff 2 slices ginger & 1 stalk green onion into fish cavity
  2. Sprinkle ½ tsp salt on the milk fish
  3. Place on a long dish
  4. Marinate shredded pork with soy sauce, sugar and corn starch
  5. Place shredded pork and preserved vegetable over fish
  6. Steam fish for 10 minutes
  7. Spread green onion on fish
  8. Pour a splash of boiling oil and soy sauce mixture on top of fish

  • 1湯匙 冬菜
  • 30克 玫頭猪肉, 切絲
  • 2片 羌
  • 2湯匙 羌絲, 鋪面用

冬菜肉絲蒸牛奶魚

  1. 將2片羌, 1棵葱塞入魚肚內
  2. 塗半茶匙鹽於魚身上, 盛以長碟
  3. 玫頭猪肉用少許生抽, 糖, 粟粉撈過, 和冬菜, 羌絲鋪在魚身上
  4. 蒸10分鐘, 鋪上怱粒, 灒以滾油及生抽
  5. 上桌供食
