INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay China Eel
- 2 tbsp salted black bean
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp shredded ginger
- 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 red hot pepper
- 100 g pumpkin, cut up pieces
SEASONING
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp corn starch
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Crush salted black bean & garlic, mixed with seasoning
- Rinse eel, blot dry, cut into sections
- Marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes
- Place pumpkin pieces on a dish
- Lay eel sections over pumpkin
- Add shredded ginger, chopped green onion and red hot pepper
- Steam for 13 minutes

- 1 茶匙 糖
- ½ 茶匙 胡椒粉
- 1 湯匙 油
- 2 湯匙 粟粉
豉汁蒸白鱔
- 豆豉和蒜頭一同樁爛,加入調味品,拌勻
- 洗凈鱔,吸乾水,切成小段
- 加入混和調味料,醃10分鐘
- 南瓜放在碟底,將醃好之鱔叚放在南瓜上
- 加上羌絲,蔥粒,紅辣椒粒
- 蒸約13分鐘至熟
- 上桌供食
