INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Searay Imitation Crab Sticks, Diced
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 beaten egg
- ¼ cup cooked shrimp meat
- 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp shredded seaweed
- 1 tbsp dry shredded meat jerky
- 1 tbsp fish roe
- 1 tbsp sesame seed
SEASONING
- 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ salt
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
- Add water to sushi rice and cook until done
- Stir in seasoning
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry egg, set aside
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry shrimp and crab stick
- Add cooked rice and egg, stir fry well
- Add green onion and plate up
- Garnish with seaweed, meat jerky, fish roe and sesame seed

- 1 湯匙 魚子
- 1 湯匙 芝麻
壽司炒飯
- 壽司米加水煮成飯,加入調味品,拌勻
- 熱鑊落油1湯匙,炒熟雞蛋
- 熱鑊落油2湯匙,炒熟蝦仁, 加入蟹柳
- 再加入有味飯,熟雞蛋,炒勻
- 最後加入蔥粒, 兜勻上碟
- 灑上紫菜, 肉鬆, 魚子, 芝麻, 上桌供食
