INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Searay Imitation Crab Sticks, Diced
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • beaten egg
  • ¼ cup cooked shrimp meat
  • 3 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp shredded seaweed
  • 1 tbsp dry shredded meat jerky
  • 1 tbsp fish roe
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed

SEASONING

  • 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ salt

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Add water to sushi rice and cook until done
  2. Stir in seasoning
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry egg, set aside
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry shrimp and crab stick
  5. Add cooked rice and egg, stir fry well
  6. Add green onion and plate up
  7. Garnish with seaweed, meat jerky, fish roe and sesame seed

壽司炒飯

  1. 壽司米加水煮成飯,加入調味品,拌勻
  2. 熱鑊落油1湯匙,炒熟雞蛋
  3. 熱鑊落油2湯匙,炒熟蝦仁, 加入蟹柳
  4. 再加入有味飯,熟雞蛋,炒勻
  5. 最後加入蔥粒, 兜勻上碟
  6. 灑上紫菜, 肉鬆, 魚子, 芝麻, 上桌供食
